Big Daddy Jay’s Beef, Mushroom and Sugar Snap Peas
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds beef, sliced
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
10 ounces sugar snap peas
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup soy
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat the skillet to medium high. Add the beef and brown until most liquid has evaporated. Add the mushrooms and sugar snap peas and stir fry until the remained of the liquid has evaporated. Whisk the remaining ingredients in a bowl and add to the skillet. Stir fry until most of the sauce has been absorbed. Serve with rice
and enjoy.
