Big Daddy Jay’s Ham Fried Rice
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lard
1 pound ham diced
1 cup frozen peas
2 tablespoons garlic
1 green onion finely sliced
1 carrot shredded
12 cups cooked rice
1/4 cup soy sauce
Salt to taste
Start by getting all of your ingredients ready. Preheat the Wok. Add the oil. Start by stir frying the ham. Then add the frozen peas and continue for five more minutes. Add the garlic and stir fry until the garlic becomes fragrant. Then add the carrots and green onion and give a quick stir. Add the rice and soy, salt if necessary, and continue to stir fry until everything is evenly mixed. Enjoy!
