Big Daddy Jay’s Steakhouse Herb and Garlic Butter

Ingredients

2 pounds sweet cream butter

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon thyme

1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

1/4 cup garlic, minced

Start by allowing butter to reach room temperature. This is going to make the next steps so much easier. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Beat smooth with a hand mixer. Spread out mixture onto parchment paper. Roll into a log and twist the ends tight to form a solid cylinder shape. Refrigerate until solid. Cut slices as needed for steak, garlic bread and more. Enjoy!
