Big Daddy Jay’s Burger Seasoning and Dry Aged Burger

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika

2 Tablespoons Hickory Smoked Salt

2 Tablespoons Garlic Powder

1 1/2 Tablespoons Onion Powder

2 Teaspoons Black Pepper

2 Teaspoons Ground Mustard

1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Before you start the burgers, combine all the seasoning ingredients in a shaker. This recipe makes about eight ounces of seasoning. The smoked salt really makes a difference, which you will notice most when the burgers come off the grill. It’s such an amazing smell, this will be a recipe you’ll want to hang on to.

Now I am gonna put some of that Dry Aged Ground Beef I made in a previous recipe to good use. Form the patties and season generously. Slap ‘em on the grill and flip ‘em when you see blood pooling. I built my burger using one of these awesome burger patties, Van Gough gouda, sriracha horseradish sauce, all on an onion bun. Enjoy!
