Big Daddy Jay's Chicken Sammich


Ingredients

4 pounds chicken breasts

1/4 cup mustard, dijon

1 package Louisiana Seasoned Crispy Chicken Fry Batter 9 ounces

Peanut Oil

Take chicken breasts and pound with meat tenderizer until the chicken has an even thickness, about 3/4 an inch thick. Evenly coat the chicken in mustard and set aside for about 20 minutes to absorb some of the flavor. Once marinated, evenly coat the chicken in the Louisiana Seasoned Crispy Chicken Fry Batter. Preheat skillet with about one inch of peanut oil to 350 degrees. Fry chicken on each side, 5-10 minutes, until nicely browned. Make sure chicken temps at 165 degrees before removing from oil. Chicken was served on a large 6” bun with lettuce, tomato, and some horseradish sriracha sauce. Enjoy!
